  “to you. I have been to them for a while now and the groomer that normally takes care of my dog is no longer there. I gave them a call when I noticed that he didn't look the same. They asked if I was unhappy and I said no but I wanted him to look like he did before. They asked me to bring a picture on the next visit. When I got there, they were ready for me and took the extra time to listen. Colby looks like his young self again. Thank you for taking the time and listening Colby and I really appreciate it and we're happy! Loyal customers for sure!”

  “What a groomer!! Chantale took my ragged, dirty poodle and transformed her into a beauty after our day at the dog park. And bows. Did I mention the bows at no extra charge like the other groomers charge? Thank you Chantale and Otis for getting her so clean. You guys are the best.”

  “Sometimes change is good. This time it was great. There is new management. Grooming has always been excellent here. Chantale and the other groomers know their craft. There used to be a not so pleasant aroma...dogs, wet dogs, a little animal waste... THAT IS GONE. New paint, new counters, sparkly clean. And service that can't be beat. Plus the prices are still the most reasonable in town. I am glad I moved back after two years in Minnesota.”

  “WOW. New owners. No smell. I used to come here for the prices and quality was second and I dealt with the smell of dogs. The prices have risen slightly, there is a full time cleaning guy and holy cow! Chantale is the new owner. She is as good with dogs as she is a groomer. The place is clean, employees are friendly and know their dogs.”

  “I love Groomingdales, I took my Bichon Frise for the first time and was SO impressed with the Love and care they showed towards him. They did an EXCELLENT job on him he looked like a show dog. When they brought him out from the back I was in shock to see him look so GOOD and his coat was whiter than any groomer has gotten him. I will definitely continue taking him to them. There was a weird smell when you first walk in but they groom alot of dogs so that probably explains the smell. I would recommend anyone to take their baby there.”

  “Inexpensive, no-nonsense, efficient service. Yeah, it smells kind of weird in there...but they treat my baby like she was their own. Besides, we're used to weird smells...my sister-in-law loves incense.”

  “Started with Petco and Petsmart. HORRIBLE. Plus they could care less about you or your pooch. Groomingdales is affordable, they LISTEN and my puppy is happy to go and happy when I pick her up. Kudos!”

  “Love this place. They do an excellent job and call when puppy is ready to be picked up. Cages are there for protection of animals while they are grooming other clients. Smell is damp dogs but happy dogs. They truly love animals and it shows. My little teacup yorkie (2.4 lbs) didn't even shake when I took her there and that is a sign she is happy!”

  “I have to say I like the place. I think like the last place I went to since their customer service was horrible and I expected better since it was pricey. But this place is excellent, I love that they give you a call when your pup is ready to go home with mama. P.S. my dog is a schnauzer”
