  “I have been using this grooming service for over 2 years and was always quite pleased with the way my dog looked. I called Friday -twice-to try to get an appt for this week. No call back. Called Monday, no availablity. Very disappointed - won't return.”

  “I like the staff, and it seems to be pretty clean. They have always had availability for us. I don't like that Sunday pickup is only at 2:00. If you're going away for the weekend you're generally not going to be home on Sunday by 2:00 so we usually end of having to keep her there another day.”

  “This place is so nice! It is clean. The owner is always willing to do anything to make you happy. She has a great people working for her. Anytime I have needed to board my dog she has met my needs. They love what they do and it shows. keep up the good work. I recommend spoil-em-Rotten to all.”

  “Love you guys at spoil-em-Rotten. My pup (Belle) is always excited to go the groomers.
  She comes home happy and looks like great.
  The staff is so nice everyone has a smile one there face. They love what they do and it shows.”
