  “They cut my toy poodles leg so bad on 07/01/10, she needed 5 stitches, when asked if they would reimburse me the $250 plus Vet bill, they refused. They too did not tell me the extent of the cut, the Vet did the following day. They were very rude and didn't care as the previous reviewer stated. I will be taking them to small claims and hope that anyone else that has experienced problems does the same, its obvious they should not be in business based on these reviews, the BBB reviews and past small claim suits against them.”

  “I have been told that they clean dogs' and cats' teeth which is illegal if they do anything other than brush the teeth. A real dental cleaning can only legally be done by a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician. DO NOT go for this service if it is offered because it could cause injury or illness. It is NOT legal for them to do a dental cleaning by scraping tartar and plaque off the teeth with any kind of dental instrument and there is no way they can do it properly with the animal awake. There is no certification that any person not in the veterinary field can receive to make it legal. This would be the equivalent of your hairdresser doing a complete dental cleaning (what your dentist or dental hygenist does) on you.”

  “I had my cat groomed here on 5/29/10 and the OWNER groomed my cats hair. To my horror she cut my cat all along her legs and stomach which caused many broken skin wounds on her body. When I called and complained she basically told me that this can happen and it most likely happened after the little cuts were licked by her and made worse. If I could post a photo on here I would. Gail was rude to me on the phone and told me there was nothing she would do. That somehow this was my problem. I wished I would have seen the other review on here. They also would not return my calls. Until I pestered for over a week. Sadly you run the risk of having your cat cut up and not even an apology was given to me. They didn't even tell me she cut her!!! She didn't even care that my animal was hurt. How does a person run a animal grooming business and doesn't think about the animal first. I'm telling anyone out there... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!”

  “DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! They do not do what they say. Ask everymonth that they trim my cats nails and they NEVER DID it but charged me for it!!! Had to have the vet correct the problem which cost alot of money. Pet Paws will not return any phone calls I have placed to them about the situation.”
