  “I have used several pet grooming services in the area, and I have to say NEVER again will my dogs be groomed there. My dog went in to be groomed and came home with an open wound. I did not notice this until I returned home as they had put a bandana around his neck. The wound was not a knick or slight cut,but a huge gapping hole. No one there ever mentioned they had cut him nor offered apologies after I called back to inquire. The attitude I received was that of no one wanting to admit this had happened. There was absolutely no way whoever groomed my dog did not know what they had done to him. After this incident, a close friend had her poodle there for a groom and upon picking her poodle up, the dog would not allow anyone to touch her. I went with her that evening to the vet, and they xrayed the poodles hind legs. When my friend called snippin and dippin, she was told by someone there,the owner had a large dog which was allowed to roam freely inside and it had jumped up to the pet carrier holding the poodle and had knocked it over into the floor. The vet believed the hind legs had become bruised from the fall. Once again, no one mentioned this to the poodles owner. When they were called inquiring about the dogs apparent injuries, no one apologized nor offered to compensate for the x-rays. If you truely LOVE your four legged friends, please investigate this place before you go there.”

  “I have been to many groomers. Now I have found a home with Snippin & Dippin! I have 4 dogs and all of them come home happy and proud of their new look! I honestly don't know how they manage with 2 of mine but they love them and my dogs don't come home upset anymore!
  NEVER - NEVER GO AWAY SNIPPIN & DIPPIN!!!”
