    “Well it's been 2 years since I made my last review when I took my dog to Shari's and she contacted rat poison the vet said it was either aspirin or rat poison however we nursed her back and she has suffered for the last two years with breathing problems and finally we had a put her down thanks Sherry keep up the good work”

    “After 2 hours at her place I get a phone call my dog had a rash.20 minutes later Another call she is worst.I rush her to hospital and was told she was poisoned.did not even offer to pay vet.They said she got ahold of mouse poison or aspren”

    “The groomer's at Sherries are fantastic. My poor Brittney is a cocker spaniel that had been cursed with many warts all over her, a lot of groomers wouldn't even attempt to groom her but Shantel who work's for Sherries did and has been grooming her for years, Once my poor baby had a seizure and Shantel and Sherrie helped her through it. I Thank God for Shantel and Sherrie.”

    “Just also wanted to say Sherries' pet grooming is the best! When we had dogs, we always took them there too and were always very pleased with the grooming and the price! Now I'm probably gonna have to wait a long time to make an appointment cuz after people read all these great comments, Sherrie is gonna be pretty busy:))) But she deserves it cuz no one can compare to her and her staff's friendliness, knowledge, expertise and love for animals!!”

    “I don't usually leave reviews but I have to agree with all the positive feedbacks left by others. Our experience was wonderful! I happened to call on a Sunday and was just going to leave my call back information... when Sherrie picked up the phone and spent at least 20 minutes answering all my questions...On her day off! I remember she kept referring to our pets as our kids and I felt much more at ease that she understood how special these little 'fur babies' are to us. On the day of the appointment we were not disappointed. Our Ragdoll cat's and our Black and White Goldendoodle's coats were amazing and so soft! I love the one on one attention from Sherrie and Stephanie. I don't know how they do it, but after just 1 visit I feel like I'm family and totally trust my kids with their groomers. Its time for another grooming and we've already made our appointments with Sherrie and Stephanie. Thanks to all the staff for the great treatment you are such a welcome relief after the experiences at the chain pet stores. See you soon. : D”

    “My 17 pound cat has needed grooming twice due to my young daughter's attempt to hand sanitize him once and baby powder him to death another. He isn't the most loveable cat towards other people but Sherrie was still able to do a wonderful job. I just adopted a Bischon/Yorkie puppy and have made my first grooming appointment. I know Sherrie will do a fantastic job!”

    “After being unhappy with Bellevue's chain petstore's grooming, I decided to take my German Shepherd to Sherrie's. I will definitely be going back! My dog looks fantastic and her fur is so soft. She never looked this good after leaving the chain pet store. The price is better at Sherries too!”

    “we just had our dog molly groomed for the first time at sherrie's today we had just moved to the area and needed to find a new groomer looked at the reviews and was a little concerned from reading the very old ones but please believe me when I say those are misleading.I love the cut she gave our dog they were friendly clean welcoming got us in very quick love this place will now be a loyal customer very very very happy”

    “I took my Yorkinese Pixel to Sherrie for several years until she passed away in 2009. Now we have another Yorkinese, Brenna, and I just made her first haircut appointment with Sherrie. Pixel always came out looking great and I have no doubt that Brenna will look just as good.”

    “I have been taking my standard poodle to Sherrie's every six weeks for 12 years - that alone should tell you how happy I am! My Dixie girl always looks BEAUTIFUL! The shop is clean, the people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they do a GREAT job! I have been other places over the years with other dogs and will never go anywhere else. Sherrie's really is the BEST!”

    “I've been going to Sherries for years and I absolutely love everyone in the shop. It is also the cleanest shop around! They are very caring with animals as my dog is always excited to go! I've tried all the petcos and petsmarts in town and all I will be always be a sherries. not only do they care and are honest the quality amazing and the cost is affordable. highly recommend! i”

    “Hi This is Sherrie,and I just saw these postings for the first time as I am not a computer person. I am very upset to see these as we have not heard from these people about these complaints. Mr. Monte we have worked with for several years as he has been unhappy a few times and we have given him free grooming and done everything we can. We offered to pay for his vet bill if the vet said it was our fault however we never heard from his vet. I would like to speak to these names, Kay, Laci, and seeger to find out what we could do to resolve this. We are always willing to go the extra mile for our customers. I have been grooming for 40 years and have always had great relationships with my customers. Thank you to the vets and customers who have loved us and reccomended us for years.”

    “I am so sorry if these people were so un happy. Mr. Monte came here off and on for years,we tired to make him happy and gave him free grooming. We did not give the dog any thing to eat.He was a diffulclt customer from day one.And I find it strange that all these reports came in July, when he was mad again.Laci Kay and Seeger,never did call us,and if they had we would have made it right.I love my job and the quilty of work that goes out of my shop.I have been grooming for 40 years and have always tried to be fair and honest. If Mr. Montes vet would have said it was our fault, we would have paid the billk. Mr Monte knew this and I never heard from his vet.I have just now seewn this on the web, or would have handled it earlier,am not a web person. thank you to our customers,and vets that recomed us,and know how much we care.Sherries Pet Grooming.”

    Matted hair?????

    “I take my maltese to Sherries every 4 weeks for grooming. This week is the last visit. They called and said she was matted and needed to be cut shorter than usual. When she was picked up she was shaved, yes, shaved. No patience to try to comb her out first, did not tell me what she was to do. Does not even look her breed. Maybe the circus will take her for a side show. She looks like a hairless dog.
    Never will spend another cent there. Don't take that chance, look elsewhere”

    Worst Grooming yet

    “My dogs went to Sherries once a month for full grooming.
    Each time things got worst. I picked them up and I was told one of my dogs had a rash when started on her after the bath. She is a (9lb.shz-shu) and the uit was getting worse. I took her to the hospital and 3 visits and $150 later confirmed that she was poisoned and was bleeding under her skin. It could have been something she picked up off the floor, ect. Some type of medication she found on floor, maybe rat poison. They could not pin point what type with the blood tests but they pointed out that it was ingested, however it caused bleeding under her skin. A very expensive groom job”

    “Most groomers charge more for matted dogs, because it is hard to get under the coat. It can leave clipper irritation and scrapes. If this is the case, buy a comb. A brush will only go through the top layer of hair. Most dogs need to be professionally groomed every 4-6 weeks, so a regular schedule is suggested.”

    “This was the worst groom my dog every had. He looked like a total freak not to breed standard, razor burns all over his body and they charged me $40 more then they said. Absolutely the worst groomer I have ever seen.”
