  “After a very bad experience with another groomer, I searched around for a new one. Came across this groomer in Yellow Pages. They got my dog in the following weekend. They did an excellent job. Trimmed him up and he looked great when we picked him up. I don't usually write reviews (unless I have a particularly bad experience) but I was very impressed and will definately use this groomer again.”

  “I was very unhappy with my recent services from Puppy Love. I had been before and had no problems but unfortunately this time was different. I brought home a limping cat with three gouges of fur missing from his face. When trying to inquire about what happened I was completely blown away by how awful I was treated by the staff and management. And by the way good luck if you need to call or pick up after 4pm they tend to close early. So to all my fellow pet lovers don't go to Puppy Love and if you do make sure you check your animal before you leave.”
