We groom both cats and dogs and bunny rabbits have a pick up and delivery service tuesday- friday only 10 mile radious $20.00 round trip. Marcy's hours Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am Till 5:30pm
\nWE also carry a full line of pet supplies. We have day care during our buisness ours we walk your dog 3 times a dayduring there visit wi th us if they are left for 10 hours.

  “This customer does not have his cat anymore we called him and he said his pet has passed away. Pets that are hard to handle we do not muzzle we do put elizabethan collar or a towel over the head to make sure pet does not see us cut the nails. Cats are very hard to handle and there is a vet called the Cat Practice in birmingham who handle cats all day long.”

  “DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE, MARCY MADE MY ANIMAL BLEED AND DID NOTHING TO CORRECT IT.... you read the good reviews and those are the LUCKY animals that got away from MARCY and her GROOMERS.... I took my cat here and told them my can was skiddish... and instead of helping him they put a towel over his head and tried to cut his nails... wouldnt you be angry if someone did that to you.?... that was their first mistake. I could have done what they did in their shop... they gave him a DRY bath... cut his nails.. (made them bleeed)... and then told me he was to hard to handle... and instead of calling me and telling me he was to hard to handle.. they put him thru 2 hours of trauma,,, and was more dirty then when i dropped him off,,, and bleeding... and the girl that groomed him erica... wasnt even going to tell me he was bleeding... i happen to see it in the crate .... when i called marcy to tell her this.. she told me to bring him back up to the store cause i could be lying that he was bleeding.... and i told her i was NEVER bringing my animals there AGAIN!.... so ... apparently.. the customer isnt right.... and she hung up on me.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM... and im going to do my best to make sure her revenues go down... all that would have made me happy was 1/2 my money back ... but NO....”
