  “I have been a fan of Flying Fur since for the last 5 years, but after what I saw there yesterday (03/14/2009) I will never bring my pet (dog) there again and would advise YOU to do the same. When I was picking my little girl up, there was a Yorkie being groomed. The little thing clearly was not enjoying it a bit and was barking. The groomer working on it grabbed it by the fur and put it back into place, then grabbed (I mean GRABBED) its hind leg to begin trimming its nails. The Yorkie nipped at the groomer, probably already upset by the way it was being handled. The groomer then unleashed a string of expletives at the little thing and took it off the grooming platform, informing it over and over that its mama could trim your nails when you get home and continuing to swear at the little Yorkie. I could not have possibly said anything to the groomer because I was incensed enough to have hit him a few times too, but would strongly recommend that anyone reading this find somewhere else to take their four-legged family member. There are entirely too many places out there to choose from to justify supporting this shoddily run and staffed business.”
