  “Get anything and everything in writing! Never signed anything nor shown a policy. A series of unfortunate events caused my bill to rack up and they would not work with me and kept my dogs as hostages. Went to court twice and finally the judge ordered them to release the dogs to me. When I went to get them, the lady was very rude to my daughter and refused to allow her in to help me. I had to pick a star rating and it is only a one because the dogs were well taken care of regardless of the other stuff.”

  “I took my dogs here in between houses. A series of unfortunate events took place causing me to run up a bill I didn't intend. They won't work with you. We went to court but they continued to harasd me, wanting me to go against the court order and refused to release my dogs. They kept them months longer than they should have, racking up an even bigger bill. They only released them after the judge ordered them too the second time they took me to court. If you do bring your animals here, get in writing everything! I didn't sign a thing nor did I see any policy.”
