  “My mother has been a regular customer of this place for 5+ years and as of recently has experienced the worst customer service there EVER!!! My mother called to check on the status of her dog's service and was met with the RUDEST woman ever. When asked if her pet was ready because she dropped him off early in morning the woman said, yeah, and??? We went to pick up our dog (still being a good customer) and another woman at the front desk (complete with nasty tattoos on her neck and chest) rolled her eyes at us and had a very condescending attitude. She was even upset with us because we called twice to check on her dog--as if to say we were bothering them. Also, the final product was disastrous...they did a terrible job with grooming (bad haircut and even left our dog bleeding)! Never AGAIN.....I think they are under new management or something bc this has never happended in years prior. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE this business again. GET your PETS out of this place for their own safety. There are much better groomers in the city than this by a long shot! I would never recommend this company to anyone!”
