  “I'm new to the area and my Boxer desperately needed his nails cut. I called and they were able to get him in right away. The shop is well maintained and the groomers were terrific and so patient with my dog. We were in and out in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend Yuppie Puppie to everyone.”

  “I took my dog to Yppie Puppie for the first time today, I couldn't be more pleased and my dog Chase couldn't be happier. When I picked him up he was beautifully groomed, relaxed and very happy. They gave me a cost for services when I walked in and when I picked him up that is what I paid, they didn't try and up sell anything the $ was beyond reasonable. They took a great picture of Chase when he was finished and some amazing treats for me to give him when he got home. He will be returning every month!!! This place is AMAZING!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH”

  “Thank you for being kind and gentle with my dog Mia today. Mia is usually so afraid that I have to drag her into the groomers. Most groomers have not been able to do her nails or ears. She must have known that finally she was in a safe place. With her tail wagging she went into the grooming area! When I picked her up 2 hours later she looked like a movie star! So clean and soft, nails cut, ears done but most importantly happy. Usually she gives me the cold shoulder for a day or two after a bad grooming experience. This is the first time that that did not happen. She has been playful since she came home. We would recommend Yuppie Puppie. Prices were reasonable! Staff was very nice and friendly!”

  “I found Yuppie Puppie about a year and a half ago because the last groomer chopped my Long hair Shih-Tzu. After calling Yuppie Puppie Cheryl was able to get me in right away. My wife and I could not be happier. When we picked her up she was beautiful. Yuppie Puppie was less expense than the other places & also offered so much more. Ever since that first day we now take our dog Peyton every week for some T.L.C. On top of that we now have two more Shih-Tzu's that go in every week also. Yep three rats that we love. Cheryl thank you for taking such good care of our babies.”

  “I occasionally look through other sites to see what people might post. Both the reviewer above and Dave Loveless seem to stay away from the ones more frequented. And by the way, you, above, dramatized is not a word. Stupid? I think not. Traumatized? No. And by the way, Dave, you seem to lurk on these sights a lot. And. what is lieing?   “Y'know... you can always tell when someone is lieing... they rarely stick to factual evidence and too often resort to personal attacks. No matter what sort of response this salon offers, look at other websites for comments from other unhappy customers... too often you'll see the same types of issues I complained about. Coincidence?... I think not. So very happy to be back with my regular groomer who is professional, loves dogs and knows how to treat them, and cherishes her customers even if they are there for only one visit. Max's hair has grown back nicely after he was re-groomed and several months have passed to allow his hair to grow out again. We should all hope that this owner continues to spend hour after hour responding to my emails.... that way she keeps her clippers away from our dogs. Luvya!”

  “Dave Loveless has left a completely slanderous review of the work performed on his beloved Wheaten. His Wheaten had ACL surgery in January and we were more concerned about his comfort than he was. His review is really more than unfair. He threatened me on the phone and he called me a filthy name. He scared me to death with his ugly bulging face and body lunging at me. And I DID NOT pull his dog -- his dog pulled his foot away from me and did not whine or cry -- his big ugly brute of an owner roughly grabbed him off the table as he was verbally assaulting me. I began to call the police when he returned into my salon for a second time to assault me. I can still call the police and report this and probably should. He should not own a dog -- he is not a good pet owner! Shame on him -- but he\\'s probably hen pecked because he left happy and his wife probably beat him UNmercifully because he didn\\'t know what he was talking about when he asked for a \\summer clip.\\ Can\\'t wait for his \

  “I took my soft-coated Wheaten Terrier here because my normal groomer is on maternity leave. WHAT A MISTAKE! My beautiful shaggy Wheaten now looks like a refugee from a concentration camp - cut ridiculously short and uneven/inconsistent in so many places that I can't begin to tell you how upset my wife and I are. They were supposed to be experienced, but the cut looks like a 5 year old did it with a pair of dull scissors. They never cut the hair between his toes, never plucked the hair from his ears, shaved him to the skin in some places and yet left his hair an inch long in others. His ears look like footballs attached to the sides of his head because he's been cut so short - Literally a GIANT MISTAKE coming to this salon and expecting a decent cut.The groomer told me on the way out that this is how all her clients are cutting their Wheatens for summer... Horse-Hockey! When I took him back the next day to get the poor job corrected, the owner of the place blamed me!!!! Never once did she apologize or offer a partial refund for the work she didn't do. She laid the entire problem off on her claim that he was too matted to be cut correctly. Too matted to be cut correctly? Then why did she say this is how they're all getting cut? Why didn't she call me to say they couldn't cut him? Once they shaved him down to 1/4 of an inch in most spots, why was he still so unevenly cut in other places? In my opinion, this was FRAUD!The owner was so upset with me complaining about the poor job that she tried to take it out on my dog! She took him in back to attempt to correct her errors, and while on the table, she was tugging and pulling him so hard he was whining and crying. I took my dog away from her table - called her the B-Word - and got the hell out of there as fast I I could.This owner actually got on the phone to call the police... saying that I was too mean to her and complained too much!? 2 words for all of you.... STAY AWAY!”
