“DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPPY THERE!
Let me tell you the experience I just had. I dropped off my 5 month old shih Tzu and advised he needed a bath and a trim, that I wanted to keep him fluffy. My boyfriend picks him up 3 hours later and he is SHAVED. When I called and advised that this was not what I asked for the girl on the phone stated she was sorry she misunderstood. I'm not quite sure how that can be misunderstood, but that just shows the intelligence level there. Not to mention, when I have questions about my customers' orders, I call them and ask for clarification.
I went to the business and demanded my money back. Which is typical of what blue collar working class do, since every dollar matters, and the owner Leanne or something like that, very rudely stated that they did the job I asked and they are not refunding the money, very snottily. I advised I asked for a trim and to keep him fluffy, and she interrupted saying I asked for hair cut and that what I got. I said I asked for a trim, and she said It's the same thing. Well, to my family who are in the HUMAN hair industry, there is a very BIG difference between trim and a haircut.
Leanne, or whatever the owners name is has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS SENSE and could care less about her customers. All she cares about is YOUR CASH! I spend more on my dogs hair than I do my own, and pay more as well. And when I asked why 2 months ago, I requested the same services AND nails trim, and that was $30, but today for a bath & trim was $40, Leanne said Well that's our prices, and other customers didn't complain. So I don't know what this lady is trying to pull, but it's very obvious that she is scamming her customers.
My advice....DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PETS, THEY JUST WANT YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$. SHADY!!!!!!!!!!” -

“They are caring and really love dogs. We have an English Bulldog and a mini dachschund. The dogs enjoy their visits.
I would highly recommend. We like to give local businesses our business rather than the chain stores.

“I love this place - I have a handicap dog w/ rear limb paralysis and they do a wonderful and careful job with handling him. He is a handful and a little difficult to handle (especially when it comes to nails!) but they understand completely and take the proper care and patience with him. Wouldn't trust him with any other groomer. I would highly recommend.”

“I would not recommend this establishment anymore. I have been taking pets to this groomer for about 10 years and they recently caused a burn on my golden retrievers rear, which she did not have prior to dropping her off. I took her to the vet and they determined it was attributed to the recent grooming session. I presented the receipt and vet information and requested that they credit the grooming session and vet costs and they would not. I have decided to not take my pet there anymore and have also advised friends/family of the incident.”

“These groomers take the time to get to know and spoil your dog. I have gone to two previous groomers that were adequate. However, my dog actually likes to see these groomers. I know she is in good hands and have used them for over 5 years.”
