  “I have been taking my four dogs here for a number of years now and am always happy. The miniature poodles go regularly and the collies a couple of times a year. Kristen always calls me about 20 minutes before they'll be ready for pick-up. We're always greeted with a smile. I also love that she knows so much about health issues and alternative therapies for the animals. She definitely an animal lover and a has a wealth of knowledge.”

  “I have 2 shih tzu's and they hate baths and getting groomed, I have been looking for a place to get them groomed at a reasonable price. When we picked them up they looked wonderful, I am so happy with how they look. I will definitely bring them back. Great price and a great job.”

  “Not friendly, rude and never calls to tell me when my dogs are done being groomed!I had to call her to ask when they will be done. My dogs were not even cut right. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

  “The woman who owns the shop and does most of the grooming is just superb at her profession. I've seen her handle large and difficult dogs of all kinds - show dogs, handicapped dogs, all kinds. She grooms our cat for us, and she's always done a great job. I recommend her to all my friends.”

  “Cuts the dogs hair ok, just never does it in a timely manner. She never calls to let you know that your pet is ready to be picked up. Just horrible, I shouldnt have to call her back 6 hours later to see if he has been groomed yet.”
