  “We used to love to take our animals to Dr. Burnett's clinic. The last year or so their customer service has taken a nosedive. Their new clinic is nice, but the people that he has working for them could be so much better. We took a dog of ours who had a tumor on her leg to have it taken off. The person that bandaged her up after the surgery really screwed up and covered her whole leg with a splint. Her foot ballooned to twice its size and we wanted to bring her in to have part of the bandage cut off. We called to let them know we were coming in and they tell up Dr Burnett is out of state, and they don't have anyone else to help us. They are a supposed EMERGENCY CLINIC, but the Doc can go out of town and not have a backup? Great job there. We have since left their clinic and they did nothing to ask us why. Poor service.”
