  “I trusted the care of my American bully puppy to Melbourne Preppy Pets at 4045 Dow Road in Melbourne, Florida. One of the BIGGEST mistakes of my life! We were on a carnival cruise the first week of December 2017 and wanted a border that had pet cam so that we can see our puppy playing with the group of other puppies while at port in our destinations. We left on a Saturday and on Monday morning we called for a status update. The person told us that everything was going great and our dog was having an awesome time in interacting well with the other puppies. A couple of hours later, they called and said there's been an incident. They told us that our dog got into a fight and their staff member try to intervene and got bit allegedly by my puppy, who's NEVER bitten anybody before and gets along well with our kitten, dogs at the dog park at home in VA and small children, etc. The owner then got on the phone and threaten legal action and wanted the number to my credit card company to charge my credit card for his staff members doctor bills! When we told him that he should have insurance in place, not to mention the fact that his employee should've been trained to not put her hand in between two dogs fighting, he told us that he would send our dog to animal control where he would be under a 10-day Quarantine and subject to euthanasia. Needless to say, my wife was hysterical my children were sad and crying and we still had five days left on a cruise we no longer cared about. We called animal control called on Arbor half and informed them that they should have appropriate insurance in place and we shouldn't not be liable for their employees erroneous error. Also, the assigned officer stated to me that he informed the owner that his employee only received a minor bite, that Preppy Pets should have the appropriate insurance in place for such instances, should've been better trained to handle dog issues and that we were not personally responsible for the situation and to rest as”

  “Left puppy in their care while on 7-day cruise. HUGE MISTAKE. PUPPY ATTACKED. his face has several cuts and bite marks. Owner denies responsibility and tried to get my credit card info to pay more money. Check other review sites for more indepth write up and pictures of lacerations. DONT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL”
