  “Please note that not to long ago one of them died. I loved them. Yes one was a tad bit rude but they did well. Rick I am sorry you were treated rudely but please not that around the time of your message was posted they were going threw a hard time and one of them was very ill...infact died not to long ago”

  “I called to see if I could get in, and the guy that I talked to was very rude, he seemed like he was better then everyone else. I asked about there price's and he told me that if i was looking for a price, I was talking to the wrong grooming and that he did not want nor need my business. DON'T EVER GO THERE...”

  “My groomer my dog has been going to for years went on an extended vacation and I had to get my shih tzu groomed as it was getting way to hot for her. I stopped in with my dog Oreo to check out the facility. When I walked in the gentleman behind the counter was helping a customer so I sat and waited until he was finished. He did not acknowledge me and when I stood up to say hello he started to shake his head no. I then said I know you don't take walk-ins, but I wanted to see how much it would cost to groom my dog here. He kept shaking his head and said $45 cut/nails. THAT WAS IT! He did not hand me a business card, a flyer, ask to schedule an appointment...NOTHING!!! I guess they are not looking for new customers. He was so rude! This is the first time I have ever felt so uncomfortable asking for information about a service. I would never have my dog groomed there or recommend this place to anyone!!! STAY AWAY!!!”

  “I tried to schedule an appointment two times. Both times I had a very bad vibe from the guy behind the counter. He was a scowling, balding little creature garbed in black with a black cloak. My first impression was Lord Voldemort from Harry Potter.
  He was extremely surly both times, leaving me with a bad feeling about leaving my dog with him. I ultimately decided to go elsewhere. He may be the best groomer in Orange Park for all I know, but with his bad attitude and prices nearly double of other groomers, he must truly be a Wizard to stay in business.”

  “i had my pet Sheltie groomed there for years ,when I lived in Orange Park.Now that I have been in Ocala for 3 years my sheltie has looked terriable!The groomers in this town should take a page from 'The Doghouse Grooming'.WE sure do miss them!!!!”

  “I called to make appointment after not having been there for awhile. The person was very short and rude with me. They asked if my dog had shot records. I tried to explain why I haven't visited in a while and he got short. He ended up angry and hanging up on me. Everybody has a bad day. I understand that. I wanted to go back because they did do a good job before. It was just a little pricey for my budget at the time and wanted to go back to treat my dog. I can't get past the bad behavior on the phone. I will never return.”
