  “Ok so the place is not bad I've been taking
  My dog here for years the owner is nice its a bit pricey but the service is great they are really good with giving appt the next day or even walk ins. The only single complain I have is that they always have my dog in there for HOURS when i have an appt I feel like my dog is exhausted by the time she's out and if I'm a walk in my dog is there for at least 8hours last time I complained and asked if my dog was given a full time job that I didn't know about!”

  “I have been taking my dog to that salon for years,i used to love the place and the groomer was great,until last week i had a really bad esperience with one of their employees wich name was maite,that lady made me feel very disappointed at them ,they have wonderful workers but this one,doesnt belong there at all,and because of her im not taking my dog back to that salon !!!!!”

  “If anyone can give there honest opinion about crazy tails would be me. To begin with they are the best groomers i have ever seen. They are VERY careful and loving with the animals. I have never seen better customer service. Especially from me. Customers come hoping for a good grooming on there dog but receive a great grooming. The owner and manager make a great team, and they are very geunine and understanding people. I gurantee you that you will love your experience with CRAZY TAILS (:”

  “Recently I purchased one of their fancy collars for my dog and got home and was unhappy with the collar. It was too wide for the size of my dog. I tried to bring it back in perfect condition (never used, except tried on once) and was told they couldn't take it back because it didn't have the cheap paper tag on it. I complained and was told to bring the collar for inspection when I returned later to pick up the dog. Then later, after a brief inspection of the brand new collar, I was told they couldn't take it back because I didn't have a receipt. Crazy tails never gives receipts..anyone who takes their dogs there knows this. I just picked her up today and wasn't given a receipt. The man who spoke to me told me he could not resell the collar because people talk..and customers around here are very picky. THE COLLAR WAS BRAND NEW and I just wanted to exchange it for a smaller width collar. They couldn't offer me any resolution except to attempt to find the receipt I was never given. This is horrible customer service in a time when you would think businesses would attempt to keep their clientele happy. Not going back.”

  “I have been taking my pups there ever since they first open their doors. I love the fact that they show so much love and care for the dogs. Love the place, love the grommers and the service they offer me everytime I go. Btw, the Halloween / Fall pictures were awesome! Can't wait to see my prints! :) I also heard Christmas pics will be coming soon!”

  “I have been taking my one year old yorkie to crazy tails since they first opened. They always tend to make her look beautiful even when she looks her worst when I bring her. They are also having Halloween or fall photo shoots on Oct 4. It is so cute. They also have great prices.”

  “We have been bringing lucky our brindle colored scottie for some time. We are very pleased with the friendly reception and great results. We have Lucky cut short but leave a mohawk and a gote. Our 14 week old mini-schnauzer Blackjack is going for his 1st haircut this week. We have full confidence that he will look great, some family debate on to mohawk or not to mohawk”
