  “My sister used Kelly like myself her dog was her baby. She would not make appointment until she went to check it out. I have not gone back in couple years since my sister passed and was looking to get number. The place was always clean and Kelly was always great with dogs. My baby is a brat , poor Kelly had to wear air phones while he screamed being a brat but she always treated him with tender care and would feel bad when I called him a bad boy lol.”

  “I'm not sure were the above reviewer went but it most certainly was not to Kelly's Sophisticated Pooch in Watertown, CT. This grooming facility is extremely clean and well kept and my dog loves having her hair and nails trimmed there. I own a 10 pound yorkie who has never enjoyed grooming. However, she really enjoys visiting Kelly and her daughter at Sophisticated Pooch. Thanks for all you love, care and hard work.”
