“In a nut shell, my dog was clipped so short he had knicks on his underside and his ears were bleeding later that day, turns out according to the vet, they either used dirty clippers or cut his ears...he had to be on antibiotics for infection...I did call them when it first happened, they appologized but never heard back. Also, they took my cash and never gave me change, assumed I was tipping them...I was speachless!”

“I went here with my dog,who unfortunately was matted in quite a few places, I asked to have him cut and I knew it would be short, but they didn;t even try to work on him, they shaved him so close he had knicks on his underside and when I brought him home his ears were bleeding,I called and they appologized and never heard from them again. Weeks went by and my dog developed a crusty coating on the tips of his ears...when he went to the vet, she said the groomer either used dirty clippers and cut too close, or flast out cut him..they were both infected and he had to go on antibiotics. I will never bring him there again...oh and on top of that, when I paid cash,I needed change, but they said thank you and left the counter....I was in awe struck of looking at my dog that I was speachless, so they got a tip and wasn't even going to give them one, my fault for not speaking up I guess.”
