  “This place is a spay and nueter clinic for shelters that are rackets. They don't take vouchers from everyday people.
  Horrible horrible horrible horrible service and experience. Never again. Never sent in cats blood work and I phoned and left messages. After six months, I found out it was never sent in!!! I waited over 6 months! Stupid me. Then it's too late for results. No appologies, no explainations, no offering of a refund, no response at all. It was as if I should just except their negligence. Stupid me, I did. Senior dog was given rabies shot twice by accident. I paid, No appology. When senior dog was ready to die, wanted me to put dog in hospital for a week for tests!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left dog overnight and when I came to visit the next day the IV was empty and dried blood was backed up into the IV. I still paid and no appology. I can go on and on and on and on. Rude rude staff. I was questioned almost into an arguement when I decided to take my dog home to die with dignity instead of leaving her for a week for tests. Her last days on earth in a cage. She passed in her time on her terms.... not theirs and $1500.00 later. She was ready to go and I knew it. I just needed to know if she was in pain. She wasn't. 5 days later, she stopped eating and died the same day in my arms and with people she loved around her. Natural wonderful dog death. She was 17 years old. I often felt as if there is some kind of code and a strange reason nobody gives eye contact there. (Zombies run the office) It seems they charge different prices to different people. I seemed to always be charged the highest price because I was a live one and not low income. Just a feeling, like being shaked down. I heard other people getting discounts. When I asked about it, I was ignored. Long long long waits, even with appointments. Hours sometimes. I was a fool.”

  “WORST PLACE TO GO TO SPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY! THE FIRST TIME I WENT I LOST MY DOG. I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH COLD AND CRUEL PEOPLE UNTIL I WENT TO V.A.H. THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY DOG OR ANY OF THE ANIMALS THEY JUST CARED ABOUT THE MONEY. I DROPPED 600 ON THE SPOT BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT EVEN SEE MY DOG WITHOUT IT. TOTALS CAME OVER TO $2000 FOR HAVING HIM IN THEIR CARE OVERNIGHT. I SPENT 10 YEARS WITH THAT DOG AND TO HAVE LOST HIM IN SUCH A HORRIBLE WAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE IS THE WORST. IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS LOOK UP MORE REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE HOW BAD THAT PLACE IS. ONE OF THE VETS THERE HAS HIS VET LICENSE SUSPENDED AND AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL RECORD AND HE IS STILL WORKING THERE. PLEASE TAKE ADVICE FROM A STRANGER AND STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.”

  “My dogs went there two (2) years in a row for boarding while I was on vacation and each time she got sick. They did not own up to their responsibility as to my dog getting sick there and I had to pay to get her a shot and medication to make her better. I think the facility is not clean and that the facility needs to be investigated to see what conditions they are keeping the dogs in.”

  “this is actually one of the few good hospitals i've been to, great doctors, friendly and caring staff, if they have been in the san fernando valley for over 40 years there is probably a good reason don't you all think? i hightly recommend them to all my family and friends.”
