  “Donna (owner) generally has no patience for human clients. Steady clients learned not ask questions after a booking a grooming :-( Robin was great as the personable contact, And many clients stated that's why they kept on w PLuv. Since R was let go, many opted to use less accomplished grooming facilities. (If you've been chastised, insulted or etc by Donna, u get it.) HOWEVER...Donna is the real deal: an ANIMAL lover. Though Donna scares me, my dogs GET SO HAPPY & EXCITED approaching Puppy Luv! Ive had pets all my life..ONLY here do they react like entering T-bone steak heaven. Had accidental occasion to hear her when a call w her assistant was thought ended: she may be grumpy w me.. us.. but is loving,sweet & fun w our 4 leggers. They love her.”
