  “I've been a client of Pawfection Pet for a while now and there is no other place in the world I would rather take my pet. Shauna is so attentive to the pets needs and the owners wants. My pet always comes home happy and well groomed. The store itself is clean and well kept. If you care about our pet this would be the place to have them pampered.”

  “This review comes from a disgruntled employee who has done nothing but knick, cut and harm other people's pets. We use an all-natural floor cleaner that just so happens to be diluted in a windex bottle, but is NOT windex. I use Espree Hypo-allergenic shampoo. Please feel free to google search and read product reviews. The floors are cleaned with a hoover floormate with all-natural solution on a regular basis.
  
  We use sham wows, so if those aren't considered regular towels she must be right.
  
  I insist on the groomers in the salon meeting the needs and expectations of myself and my clients. This one did not make the cut. Please read reviews on yelp.com by several clients.
  
  My shampoo upgrade consists of Plum Silky by Nature's Specialty, Lavender by Espree, Blueberry Facial, and Oxymed mediacated creme rinse, and a tar and sulfur shampoo.
  
  I had six complaints in one day from this groomer including a knicked pad, being lazy about drying a dog and causing a sever ear infection, cutting around a sanitary trim, the worst haircut ever, causing a gash in a dogs stomach, cutting the inside of a dogs ears to pieces, and causing a cut so badly a dog had to receive vet treatment. I can provide written proof from all of these clients!
  
  Oddly enough this particular groomer purchased several items for herself from the retail area. If it was SO dirty why didn't she clean it herself? She was always in such a rush to get out of work, but insisted on a pay raise because if she had to groom the way my clients liked she should get paid more. Call it the 20 something age of entitlement. Pathetic.
  
  I am building a website and will post before and after pics. I challenge you to try my salon and see for yourself your pets are treated with love, kindess, and a quality grooming...especially now since this groomer is out of the picture! I come highly recommended by Scripps Parkway Veterinary Hospital, Scripps Ranch Veterinary Hospital, 4Paws Animal Hospital, I Gotta Go Pet Care, K-9 Total Training, Dogs Day Ranch, and many more. Please feel free to call these companies yourself.

  “This is the worst shop I have ever been in. It smells like pet fecies as soon as you walk in and the service is terrible.
  
  The owner does not bath properly. She puts them on the feces infested floor to run around and dry. There are no towels used in this facility.
  
  The floors are cleaned with windex which is unsafe for the pets. Nothing in this facility is cleaned regularly.
  
  The shampoo used is said to be hypo-allergenic but burns the eyes of the pets. Her shampoo upgrade consist of conditioner and the same shampoo used on every other client.
  
  Her inventory is covered in so much dust and filth you cant even tell what the true color is. Nor do you want to touch/purchase it.
  
  She claims to have gone to the California School of Dog Grooming but takes credit for her employees grooming.
  
  I do not recommend this shop to anyone that cares for their animal.”
