  “I used this salon a handful of times because it is the closest salon to my house. They never did a good job, but it wasn't terrible either. The last straw was when they started selling puppies in the lobby... I will not support a business that buys and sells puppies from back yard breeders and worse.”

  “I took my Mini Schnauzer to the salon at 11 AM on a friday. I was told he would be ready at 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM. At 3:30 PM I called to check on him. They had not even bathed him at this point and stated they had been running behind. So my dog that is not kennel trained was stuck in a kennel for over 4 hours. At about 4 I called again, they advised me they were still behind. I actually had to go down to the salon and wait while I made them bathe him. She took less then 5 min to bathe and shave him, they did a horrible job!!! He looked like someone butchered his hair cut. He was completely un-even, I stormed out too angry to even say anything!! The next day I called to see if I could get the un-even hair cut fixed... the same women fixed what she could and my dog is still growing out his horrible haircut. This place overbooks, underdelivers and has mean, un-caring groomers. Unless you have a cockerspaniel or a poodle they dont care about the correct hair cut! The worse experience I have EVER had! Do not take your dog here!”
