She is a animal advocate, founder, President, and Executive Director of the Baldwin Humane Society, and an has a excellent store with Natural and Holistic products and guidance and is a wonderful groomer herself and a wonderful staff. Anyone will be happy they have me her.”

“I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THESE REVIEWS. THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL. I ASKED FOR MY LONG HAIRED DOG TO GET A TRIM AND SHE WAS SHAVED. HER TAIL AND FEET STILL HAD LONG HAIR... SHE LOOKED LIKE A MESS. ALSO, MY DOG IS AN EXTREMELY SOCIABLE DOG AND SHE WAS SCARED AND SUBDUED WHEN WE GOT HOME... MY DOG LOOKED SOOO DIFFERENT AND IT SEEMED LIKED THE WOMAN WHO GROOMED MY DOG COMPLETELY IGNORED WHAT I ASKED. I AM THANKFUL THAT MY DOG'S HAIR WILL GROW BACK OUT AND HOPEFULLY SHE WILL BE HER PERKY SELF SOON. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER.”

“I HAVE A SIX MONTH OLD PUPPY THAT HAS BEEN GOING TO A GREAT GROOMER IN DAPHNE SINCE SHE WAS FOUR MONTHS OLD. I DECIDED TO SUPPORT ONE OF THE LOCAL BUSINESSES (SOUTH PAWS) WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!! I WENT IN ASKING FOR A TRIM AS USUAL. WHEN I PICK HER UP SHE WAS CUT EXTREMELY SHORT AND EVERYONE NOWS THAT A MALTESSE HAS A LITTLE PONY TAIL ON TOP OF THERE HEAD. WELL MY MALTIPOO HAD A TWO INCH PONYTAIL ON HERE HEAD WITH A PINK BOW IN IT THEY TOTALLY CUT IT OFF!!!!!!! I WAS SO MAD ALL I COULD DO WAS CRY I SERIOUSLY THINK I WAS IN SHOCK. I WILL DRIVE BACK TO DAPHNE FROM NOW ON.. THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART I SHOULD HAVE ASKED A COUPLE OF PEOPLE AND I WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT THAT IS NOT THE BEST PLACE!!!”

“I have a Standard Poodle I took to South Paws a few months ago and was very pleased with the results. She came out looking fabulous,smelled terrific, and felt positively wonderful. The owner of South Paws was also kind enough to suggest a new food to me that has greatly improved my poodle's skin problems”

“Dear Offended,
However much we would like to stay on schedule, the phone rings, customers call and dogs will be dogs.
Grooming isn't an exact time profession. We give all pets the time they need, some are more time consuming, wiggly, young or old and some just have a bad day.
Many of our competing stores do not eveb try to meet a time line. We attempt to get our clients ready in three or four hours so they can go home. Our competion keeps them all day.
We try to return all our clients to their owners in a time frame that gives us time to do a good job.
If you wonder, we have over 1500 happy clients and references from them if anyone should need them.
All this being said we are not robots we have problems occasionally too.

“I Very rude on the phone when I called to check on my dog. I had an 11:30am appt and I called at 1:40 to check if i could pick her up soon. she responded she didn't know when she would be ready maybe an hour, it depended on how many people keep calling. A simple about an hour or so would have been sufficient.”

“This place is awful. The old lady that runs the place actually threw my toy poodle across the room when she finished grooming him. (she had no idea I was still there) Stay away for your dogs on good”
