  “I can't speak for their boarding however I took my dog to be groomed and we had a bad experience. I peaked in and the groomer was super ruff with my very little dog! She was jerking her head and making my dog cry. I understand that groomers need to keep the dog still however most animals respond well to a calm touch, in turn they will cooperate. A younger man used to groom my dog here and he was amazing! This lady was smoking outside with friends when I got there and just gave me a bad vibe. My dog's cut was ok but not constant in the slightest.”

  “Aspen Creek Kennels were leasing the Pet Spa building at the time Sandra B. took her dog to the business. Aspen Creek Kennels have been evicted!! The owner/managers have taken the Pet Spa back. They promised to give special care and lots of TLC to you cherished pets. They are sorry for the ill treatment by the former management.
  
  Call 801-475-5222 for the Pet Spa. If you use the above number you will get Aspen Creek Kennels, using our old number plus part of our name.
  Come back to the Pet Spa. I would recommend this to everyone.”

  “I am so surprised to read the above review! I have boarded my dogs with Aspen Creek Kennels and Pet Spa several times and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their services and staff! My dogs are actually excited to go there when they are being dropped off. They are always clean and well fed. I would never entrust the care of my dogs to any other facility! I'm sure that the staff would be very saddened to hear of the above review. Every time I've ever been down in the kennels, they have been spotless! I do know that some dogs that suffer from separation anxiety have a tendency not to eat when they are left, maybe that's what happened. Anyway, I love the Pet Spa, their staff and their services. They will always have my business and I would refer any one to them!”

  “They do not take care of your dog well at all. I send 5 cans of food for 4 days and when I pick my dog up he had never been walked or had his pen cleaned out he was covered in his on sh**. They retruned 3 can of food and forgot to feed my dog. They should not be allowed to take of animals”
