  “These people are super neat, they went out of their way to help me with my dogs. My dogs freak out when they leave the house so its difficult ok impossible to take them anywhere. Well 2 of the bathers came to MY HOUSE and got them done and I must add they did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied with them.”

  “Look Missy, I've been taking my dogs there for years and I seriously doubt what you said happened even happened. The owner there is a sweet loving lady and she would not have allowed for something like that to happen. I go every 2 weeks and I have never seen it to be filthy like you described, that is NOT true. They are always very busy and at times there is a longer wait but it's worth it because they do a wonderful job and they are very loving with the dogs. I have seen dog hair on the floor and at times it smells like dog, but what do you expect it's a groom shop ..... people take their dirty dogs there to be cleaned. HELLO they don't take clean dogs to be cleaned. All groom shops make you wait and all shops smell, thats all part of the business. Maybe there was urine in your pets cage and maybe you did smell it, but did you ever think that maybe that was YOUR pets urine. I think your problem missy is that you wanted to be put ahead of the other customers that were there before you and since they didn't do that you got mad. What do you think you are Royalty? Your not royalty darling, sorry. Maybe you should just learn to groom your own dog and stop being a mean selfish person. Well I just hope that the people that read this review really think about what I said, because honestly this shop really is GREAT. I'm 68 yrs old and I have been to many groom shops and believe me I have had my experiences with them but honestly I have NOTHING negative to say about this one. I mean look at the reviews, even Princess Rina mentioned all the great reviews. Well thank you all for your time”

  “I DO NOT believe this person. The owner of this shop would NOT allow for something like that to happen. She is a very loving and caring person and this would not have been allowed. I think this Rina person is just one of these people who think that they are Royalty and should be put infront of other customers ahead of her. They are always very busy and guess what missy your not royalty. I have to wait. I don't mind waiting for my pets to be groomed because they are gentle with them and they do a GREAT job when they're finished. I also doubt that it was filthy like you said it was, I've never seen that and I take my dogs there every 2 weeks. Now I have seen some hair in the back on the floor but what do you expect, it's a groom shop and there is at times the smell of wet dogs but again it's a groom shop. People take their dogs there to be bathed and cleaned. So my suggestion to you is learn to groom your own dog and be quiet. All groom shops make you wait and all groom shops smell, it's all part of the business.”

  “First off, I don't know where you people go to that say you had a great experience...the place sucks! I'd use other expletives, but it probably wouldn't make it on the internet. I took my 5 month old Border Collie at 0945 HRS and by 1700 HRS still hadn't touched him. He is not used to spending 6+ hours in a kennel...especially one that reaks of urine. The front was filthy and smelled bad...and I felt horrible when I got an actual look at the conditions in the back. If you care about your pet at all, you'll look elsewhere.”

  “Well I first have to tell the person that typed the last review that they are full of it. This shop has ALWAYS been WONDERFUL with my pets and thats that I have 8 dogs, and my dogs are very difficult to groom. NEVER have I had any of them hurt or done wrong. I have 3 of them that are very old and have real bad arthritis, the staff is always very careful with them and gets them done quickly.
  I am so happy with the work they do. I would and have MANY times recommended this shop to friends family and strangers. THANK YOU Vom Baron for always taking good care of Snoopy, Rusty, Lobo, Coco, Snickers, Mimi, Wilson and Baby.”

  “This place butchered my poor dog's fur. Plus, it took them 4 hours longer than they told me it would. They kept telling me, Fifteen more minutes.... Another 30 minutes.... I ended up having to go back 6 times & each time my dog was not ready.When I finally did get him, they had basically messed him up so badly that his neck was raw & bleeding!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I would never recommend this place to anyone. I've since spoken to other people who had the same experience with this groomer!!!!”
