  “I have taken three different dogs to Pretty Pup (starting at their former location and following them to their newer one) for over 20 years and haven't had any problems. I have had 3 Pekingeses and they have always done a good job and have been friendly. They even let me bring my own special medicated shampoo to use for my dog's allergies.”

  “Took our Yorkie in for a haircut and she was seriously poked in the eye. Of course Pretty Pup said nothing about it to us. Immediately in the car ride home I could tell that she was having a hard time opening her eye and after an hour or so we could tell that she was in serious pain and since it was night time by then we had to take her to the emergency vet. Pretty Pup refused to pay the bill. After over a week of not getting our phone calls returned we finally got in touch with the owner. Even though I was calm and polite she was very rude, belligerent, and irritated and then hung up on me after trying to weasel out of taking responsibility. So here is your WARNING Pretty Pup does not take proper care of the animals that come into their business and if they do injure your pet all they will tell you is too bad. There are many other places to take your pet for this type of service and if you care about your pet at all you will go somewhere else.”
