  “I went to take my 1 1/2 year old Shih zu to get groomed and I always ask to see the place before I let her be groomed anywhere. At first they didn't want to give me a tour but then I realized why. They use broken kennels with wires poking out, I didn't see any doggie shampoo but dawn. I asked what they used for sensitive skin (Ginger, my shihzu has sensitive skin) and the girl showed me a bottle of dye free dawn! If I wanted to bathe my puppy in dish soap , I would do it at home. Also, I use a frontline on her and dawn washes it completely away. Their tables looked rusty and who I assumed was the groomer with long brown hair with bangs and older was very rude. Then I asked the price...$45 for dawn, broken kennels and rudeness. I choose to not leave my Ginger there for a haircut because I didn't want to take her to the vet for skin problems that would arise from the bath or get more flea medicine because the groomer doesn't have the proper products for her clients.”
