  “The customer who came to board Zoey should be ashamed of herself for trying to ruin the good reputation of a business that would NEVER do anything to hurt someone or their pet. God and you and I know the truth about what happened and I will not be the one to judge you. I did not make one cent off of boarding Zoey because I never boarded her! She was to be boarded for 4 days at a cost of $60.00 but when Mrs. Estes came in with Zoey she had a flyer with her trying to find Zoey a new home. There was a customer in my lobby that told her that she would like to have Zoey but only if Zoey and her other dog got along. I suggested that since Mrs. Estes was leaving her dog with me for 4 days why didn't she just let the customer take her home and see how the 2 dogs got along and then she wouldn't have to pay for her to be boarded. I asked if Zoey was free to a good home since there was no price listed on the flyer. Mrs. Estes said, YES. Well, I guess you learn lessons the hard way because I no longer can help my customers out with anything that possibly could be turned around on me. And it's a sad reality that I tried to help both parties out and in the end I got slandered. I lost $60.00 worth of boarding and I've had to constantly tell my side of the story when I find places that she has slandered me again. She actually harassed the couple who took in Zoey until they offered to pay her for Zoey. Once she got paid she left them alone because she got her money, which was what this was about in the first place and because they finally got the police involved and she was told to leave them alone. I have let it go and allow my hundreds of loyal and happy customers to speak for me. And I did keep ALL the documents, flyers and paperwork from this fiasco and anyone is more than welcome to see it if they would like. I have nothing to hide and I gained nothing from this but a sad well learned lesson. Thank you for listening to my side and please call If you have any questions. (817) 337-9050”

  “Bad Business! How can you just give someone's dog away. If the owner wanted to give Zoey away then why would she spend money to have her boarded...that doesn't make sense. She could have just taken her to the Animal shelter. I don't know how Kelle and the customer who took Zoey sleep at night knowing they just stole someone's dog. I believe in the justice system and Zoey will be back where she belong.”

  “I am for the most part heart broken with the owner Kelle. I boarded my yorkie (Zoey) On July 2nd and went to get her July 7th and the owner had given her away. She informed me that I would not be getting Zoey back. I am devastated. I now I have take her to court.”
