  “I've been taking my dog there for four years and have always found them to be friendly (to me AND my dog!) and efficient. They've always done a good job, and they're less expensive than going to PetSmart or other groomers. Plus, they can almost always accommodate my schedule, even at the last minute. Never had a bad experience in 4 years.”

  “Today I took in my beautiful angora/persion mix cat for a shampoo, brush and I asked to have his belly and his tail area shaved. The groomer SHAVED MY CAT BALD!!!! I left the store in tears when I saw what they had done to him. When I called back to speak to the owner, her attitude was, oh well, guess we made a mistake. When I asked for a refund and an explanation why they would make such a mistake she became agitated and eventually hung up the phone on me. Certainly not the Care and Quality they advertise on their website. I'll never use them again. If you care about your pet, you shouldn't either.”

I will never use them again and suggest anyone who cares about their animal not use them either.”
