  “We have had our 2 dogs (kids) boarded at Pet Palace several times. We are extremely particular when it comes to our boys and the facility is ALWAYS clean, bright, pleasant smell and friendly staff. We have no problem paying a little more for this peace of mind when we travel. Love the daily reports!”

  “I board my dog at Pet Palace frequently and NEVER have a problem. My dogs get playgroup everyday and always come home extremely happy. I used to dread leaving my dogs anywhere and now I have no worries in the world. The staff is always happy to see my dogs and always make us feel welcomed. I would recommend Pet Palace to everyone.”

  “I spent more than $200 to put my dog here while I was on vacation for a week and got her back absolutely covered in fleas. After calling the facility, they gave her what they said was a flea bath, yet the bath didn't kill all of the fleas. I went back the next day for a flea treatment, which worked for about 2 days. I have since had to flea bomb my house because there are still fleas everywhere. I'm absolutely disgusted that this has been an issue for weeks, and despite the fact that I scrub my floors with bleach daily, vacuum about 5 times a day and do multiple loads of laundry a day, I still feel like my house is dirty. I will NEVER do business with this place again and would strongly urge anyone I know who has a pet to never take their pet to this facility.
