  “I was actually referred here by a friend who had been taking their dog to Crystal from previous places. From the phone call to the appointment it was a nightmare. My poor dog was there 6 hours and I was told he soiled himself and had to be washed several times. When I picked him up he was shaking and visibly upset. I will never be back there and yes their prices are cheap but when I had to take him to the vet it got very expensive!”
