  “They killed my dog. I have the necropsy test to prove it. They cage dry there. They left my dog in there so long it caused her to have a heart attack and died! They are sick people there.”

  “I have two dogs Scarlett and Sarge. I found that their services are greatly priced. I spent $95 for both of my dogs, and petsmart wanted to charge me $200. Scarlett gets the full grooming, bath, nails clipped, and shaved. Sarge gets a bath and nails clipped. The only thing that I was concerned with is they clipped Scarlett's nails too short and caused them to bleed. It may have been Scarlett moving around, but I am happy with Groomingdales overall.”

  “I have taken my 2 dogs to Groomingdales for 8 years and would not dream of taking them anywhere else. After traveling with the military and having to use different groomers in the states I have found Groomingdales to be a top rate facility and staff. The dogs always smell great when they leave and their haircuts look wonderful. I know many people who use Groomingdales and they feel the same as I do. Good service, low prices, and I'm never unhappy with the work they have done.”

  “i have taken my dog there a number of two times. the first time i got her home she behaved normally but within an hour she would cry everything she sat down. when i looked at her bottom it was so swollen and dark. i called the owner linda who told me that it was where the groomer piched her, normal for dog grooming. the next and last time i went back i asked to not have her bottom piched because she cried and was unable to sit correctly for 3 days befor hand, and again talking to linda, she said that would be fine. when i picked up daisy about 2 hours later her bottom was red and swollen. when i asked Linda what had happend to her she told me that they did not touch he bottom. daisy didn't stop crying for a week. each time i went it was for a simple washing. in total, two washed cost me 120 dollers. absolutely ridiculous.”

  “In September of 2009 I took my dog Haley to Groomingdales and she never came home. They left her unattended in the tub with a tether around her neck and she jumped out and ended up breaking her neck. To make matters worse Linda, the owner, lied to me about what happened. I later found out that this was not the first time this has happened to a dog in her care. Please do not let your animal be another victim.”

  “I had my Cocker Spaniel groomed there for the first and last time. When I asked if everything went well because it was the first time my dog has ever been to a groomer they stood there and said everything was great he behaved well and no problems at all. When I got him home I saw raw burn welts across his bum, down the inside of his legs, along his private parts, and found one of his nipples shaved off. I spent 5 days nursing a dog in pain back to health and it was heart breaking. IM NEVER GOING BACK TO GROOMINGDALES, THERE BUTCHERS AND NO DOG NOR PERSON DESERVES THAT KIND OF TREATMENT!!”

  “I just moved to the area. I was going to take my dog to Pet Smart to get groomed, but Groomingdales is alot closer. The staff was very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job on my yorkie who's a terror. Even put a hankerchief on her and a bow. My two year old was very happy with my dogs new look. Prices were very reasonable.”
