  “Dog groomer was rude and condescending to me when I dropped my dog off. She DRAGGED him across the floor to the room, until I picked him up and handed him to her. I felt uncomfortable with the situation so I went back 10 minutes later to pick him up and found her shaving my dog after I had explicitly told her not to!! She had a nasty attitude and the way she was handling my dog was borderline ANIMAL CRUELTY !!”

  “When I arrived to have my dog groomed I started explaining how I would like my dog groomed and the woman brushed off my requests and said that she could not guarantee anything. Then when I handed my dog over to her, she DRAGGED him on the floor and once he started to yelp I picked him up and handed him to her. I sat in my in the parking lot debating if I should leave him or not. 15 minutes later I went back inside where I was greeted by an even more rude and condescending tone from the groomer and there was a large patch off hair missing on his back ( I had explicitly asked that he not be shaved and if it was necessary to call me first, she ignored BOTH of my requests). In conclusion her treatment of me was unfortunate but the way she handled the dog was borderline ANIMAL CRUELTY”

  “I had a terrible experience with the dog groomer. When I dropped my dog off, she didn't seem like she had time to listen to what I wanted done. She then proceeded to drag my dog on the leash in front of me and made him yelp. She also spoke down to me condescendingly and was extremely rude. I gave this place one star because I had to rate it to submit this, but in reality the groomer deserves zero stars.”
