  “i just moved to champaign from chicago with my wheaten terriers. i called several grooming shops and didnt get the best answers to my questions but then i called Tangled Knot and spoke to Jonie. She knew so much about my breed, understood about health issues and calmed my nervousness about leaving my dogs with a new person. Joni's new shop is amazing! my dogs were so excited to meet her and she was amazing with them. Joni is fantastic!”

  “this is THE BEST grooming shop in the area!! the first thing you notice is how clean the shop is and when you meet Jonie you see her love for dogs and the dogs love her. my labradoodle is always a handful but Jonie groomed her exactly as i wanted and Maddie looked so cute. no other shop in town would listen to me about grooming my dog. Maddie and i are loyal Tangled Knot clients.”
