  “I took my dog there for a first time today and I was very impressed. He was done in less than two hrs and he looks so cute. Everything is perfect and Im very happy.For three yrs he used to go to pet smart and they always messed up something and at canine design they made him look nice again. And the price is very ok comparing to other places”

  “I took my dog there for a few times and every time I was not completely satified.
  There was always something that they did wrong. Hair cut way to short or nails not done. Patches of hair to long.
  This last time was it! I felt so bad for my dog. Like her hair was so short I could feel it hurt on the skin.
  Don't go there!”

  “I have worked for this place and am sickened by it. No one there cares for the animals you bring in. In one week three animals had chunks of skin taken off by the shaver because they weren't paying enough attention and then told the owner's that the dog jumped and cut itself. Charged full price. They would clean the wounds with peroxide that was open for over a year and had hair in it. They do not care if they hurt the dog while brushing knots out. Although the people should be taking care of this, they are a groomer and their number one priority should be to make the dog comfortable. When the dog would scream in pain they would scream at it and grab it by the lower jaw. The people working there have no idea what they are doing. I suggest never taking your dog there. I never will. Nor would I ever work there again. I wish I had pictures of the things I saw so I could report them.”
