  “They contact you as a former client but when you show for the appointment they cannot find the reservation. The staff are inappropriate and not helpful with solving issues. It is not a safe or caring environment to leave your best friend. Recommendation is to not use this business, which is under new ownership.”

  “The Dog Barber Shop contacted me as a former customer but when I showed up for the appointment, at their instances, it was not found. The person at the front was dressed inappropriately, not wearing shoes, and was uninterested in solving the issue cause by their poor customer service. I did not leave my dog, as it was obviously not a safe or caring environment. If you care about your dog's safety, do not use the Dog Barber Shop!”

  “My dog loves getting groomed at the Dog Barber Shop on Glenwood. The staff and facilities are wonderful. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caring place to have your pet groomed.”
