Hello from the Groom Room. We groom and care for your pets to the best of our ability, sometimes this means doing right by your pet and not necessarily the haircut you want. Pulling out matted hair can be to hurtful so we will go with the opinion to shave the hair shorter instead, but we can definitely give you pointers on how to care for the hair coat to get the style you desire. We would also like you to know as of now it is just Me (Brock) and my Mom (Cindy) working here, we try are best to get back to every message in a reasonable time.
