  “I have taken my Sheltie to numerous places and although my work schedule makes it difficult, I go out of my way to make the time to take him to Jolly's. Nobody else comes close to the care and detail taken at Lakeside Pet Salon with our furry friend. He comes back clean as a pin and smelling great. I would recommend Jolly and her crew to anyone looking for a friendly, caring establishment that treats your animals as their own.”

  “We have 2 Leonbergers and they always look and smell wonderful when they are done! I have tried a few other grooming places over the years and this one is the best! My dogs happily walk in with their tails wagging so I know that they are well taken care of while they are in their care. The staff knows them by name and are always happy to see them.

  “I had 2 minature schnauzers, now only one, when my one passed away the staff was so sad and comforting. I've taken them to this salon for 8 years now since moving to the area. They have been very attentive to my wants, if I want her hair left long, good, short buzz for summer, good, the professional look with the beard and fluffy legs, done well. I love the staff, very friendly and family like.”

  “We've been taking our animals here for years. They're very good at what they do. I would not recommend them for the grooming of cats based on a couple of past experiences, but honestly, how often would somebody need a cat groomed? For dogs, Lakeside is the only place I'll go.”

  “We have had our 1 year old pomeranian jack bathed and trimed here numerous times but this time I'm pissed. We have had problems befor with time manegment they say accoulple hours then five hours later he's done. This time they say it will take awhile because they are very busy and call a hour later saying he's done but thats not even why I'm mad. He is a long hair pomeranian if I liked the look of short hair poms I would have bought one. My wife asked for them to trim accouple inches showing with her fingers about two. Well we got that and then some pretty much a buzz cut witch is not good for their hair. I know it will grow back but my dog looks ridiculous short hair and a huge puffy tail. Be carfull and be very specific on what you want or you might end up with a goofy looking dog for the summer.”

  “After using the same groomer for over 15 years, we had to find a new groomer since she was leaving Michigan. We tried the company that bought her business and they were horrible (and also injured our dog). So, you can imagine how paronoid we were to try another groomer. We heard good things about Lakeside and decided to give them a try. I stayed at the salon while my pet was being groomed. They treated each dog as if it was their own pet. Not only were the dogs groomed professionally but all the owners who came in to pick up were long time customers. I asked each one and all I heard was positive comments. I am happy we found Abby at Lakeside and strongly recommend them.”
