  “These guys have done a terrific job every time I have been here. I WILL NOT use another groomer. nobody wants to let you stay and my Shih tzu gets very skiddish when he is with a groomer and cannot see me. I trust NOBODY with my dogs. they are like my kids and I would feel safe just dropping them off to be groomed. I have had one haircut I didnt like because it was a bit shorter than I thought, and the manager John gave me two $10 dollar off cupons. one for each dog and assured me that it wouldnt happen again. it hasnt. I have seen all of the groomers with pets and they are all kind and gentle.”

  “This groomer recently relocated to Dix Ave. in Lincoln Park. When we took our German Shepherd there, THEY COMPLETELY SHAVED HIS BODY! We have used this groomer for over 2 years. In the past when they asked if we wanted our dog shaved, it meant trimming up his hind quarters (where his fur is so thick). They really messed him up. Our vet said it was a terrible grooming job; our poor boy was covered with nicks and abrasions from the razor (that probably didn't even have a guard, according to our vet). He is now on antibiotics and Benadryl. There are a lot of reputable groomers downriver; in my opinion, this is definately not one of them! The manager refused to take any responsibility for their actions; not something a reputable business would do.”
