She has over 18 years of grooming experience. Your pup is able to take breaks between their bubble baths and haircuts so no pup gets overly tired or sore from standing for 2-3+ hours straight. Also very convenient for owners, no having to pick up straight away when pup is finished (you have until 5pm to pick up) So no needing to plan your entire day around your pup having a spa day! Retail in lobby including in house products used during your pups spa day.
