I founded this company after knowing what working in a grooming shop was like. I am a lover of animals and was not a fan of the cages or ropes around their neck. I began this cage free rope free, nothing but play environment five years ago. I believe in my pups and my business. I have a passion for my business, its not just work for me. I work with an appointment based one on one atmosphere and the pups aren't stressed, there are some that have high anxiety, but my way does work. and I can only hope it will work for others, that's my goal. I always do text check ins after grooming to make sure everyone is happy. If something is amiss or my client is not happy, I always try to make it right.
