  “I have been bringing my dog to be groomed there for years if she shaved your dog down it is because you did not keep him brushed in between grooms. the owner has been grooming for over 30 years. you should not have to have your dog groomed several times in a few months. she will not torture your dog by dematting it. that meens you are lazy. she would never cut off all there hair unless she called you first. my dogs loved to go there and get groomed they are never in a crate they get to play with other dogs and the staff they get treats. this is the coolest groom shop on the planet. i totaly think you are full of crap.”

  “I had been getting my dog groomed here for a few months.
  Initially, the charge was 20$, which was a good price. Eventually when the business grew, they, without telling me, raised the price to 50$.
  Now this was generally sub-par grooming of someone untrained who just decided to pick up clippers one day so it was hardly worth it.
  My dog then began to recieve cuts on her back from this groomer. They are very lazy as well. The most recent deal-breaking time for me was when last time the groomer was too lazy to brush my dog so she decided to cut ALL of its hair off. This is a fluffy dog, not meant to be groomed as such and it does not even look like mine. They also did not cut my dog's nails because they claimed he 'didn't like it' (NO WAY. A DOG THAT DOESNT LIKE BEING GROOMED. GO FIGURE.) and then they still proceeded to charge me for it. I was furious overall with the visit. Will not return there and I would NOT recommend ever. Horrible service, very rough with the dogs, doesnt consent before chopping all of your dogs hair off in the dead of winter.”
