  “I made an appointment for two days ahead. That day I raced home from work to meet him but he no showed! I could not reach him as his mailbox was full. The next day I was able to get him on the phone and he sweetly apologized so I rescheduled for two days later. Once again he did not show up and he did not call!! I called that day and left a message on his voicemail which has not been returned.”

  “I used Thomas several times as his rates seemed a little less. He's not that good at grooming and a little rough with the little animals. He has shown up unannounced and asks to borrow money on at least two occasions. Always says his van is in for service or broken down. He NEVER repays. Do NOT loan him money. Do not use him. Now he's waiting tables at Davino's. Seems like all the groomers know him and my next groomer has had similar stories told to her from other customers. BEWARE!”

  “My wife made an appointment with this company yesterday for this morning. She then called back yesterday to confirm it. Well, the groomer did not show up this morning, did not call, and did not answer our phone calls.”

  “I recently got my new puppy Rosco groomed with Thomas and he did a really fabulous job, Rosco is a silkychon and he had no groomer cough or terrible perfume smell he was just clean and mat free :D I was very eager to give Thomas a good review and we will use him in the future !”

  “My twelve year old cat hates to be groomed, so when i called him i let him know what he was in for. He came to our house and did a great job...he was very compassionate with her and charges a fair price. I only have him groom my cat.”

  “Thomas was incredible!! I was at my parents house in Sarasota do to having knee surgery and on plenty of meds..My 12 year cocker spaniel I knew I needed to get groomed. I just was too busy prior to surgery to get it done. So, Duncan (my dog) came with me of course to my parents place.. Anyhow, long story short Thomas saved the day! He came to my parents house picked up Duncan brought him back with an incredible grooming job and smelling great. Plus, I was so nervous that he called me every 15 minutes to let me know how Duncan was doing. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you! Loryn”

  “Bad is too kind! Because his grooming vehicle/van was being serviced All Breed offered to pick up my two cats (we sent each off in our own cages)for grooming at his home & drop them off afterwards. HE LOST OUR BELOVED CAT PEARL!!!, she got out of his arms & ran away when BROUGHT HER OUTSIDE (on his 5 acre wooded property) to place her in her cage! My family is heart broken. Our other cats, Pearl's daughter & grand daughter are depressed & mourning too. Not to mention how poorly he groomed a lion cut on our other kitty, she is shaved uneven & has no mane at all? DON'T RISK your pet to his care!”
