Absolutely terrible. My son and I took his dog to have his nails clipped. The place was very loud and chaotic. Groomer chained our dog to the small door dividing the store and grooming area and clipped his nails right there in front of other customers while one dog jumped and barked at the door that our dog was chained to. My son was trying to help keep our dog still and while his nails were being clipped, he yelped in pain and she had cut two of his nails too short. Did not realize this until we were out the door. She never said anything and just seemed to be in a rush/hurried. Didn't put anything on his nails to stop the bleeding and he bled all over the carpet in my van. My son was very worried. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL! Will never go back again. Unfortunately, she is the only groomer in our area so next time we will have to go to Everett or Marysville. I DO NOT recommend this place.
