We rescued our dog from West End (he had been left there by his owner); he has been such a wonderful dog, and we love him so much. On top of that, hes not even nervous to go to West End, even though his previous owner left him there for good. He loves all the people there, and is excited to see them all when we go in for vet visits!

I made the mistake of boarding my cat there and she came back looking like they'd pulled her out of a dumpster. My friendly plump cat with a beautiful coat was covered in dried feces, hair sticking straight out, skinny and hissing and growling at everyone. My once picky eater has eaten 2 bowls of food, a cookie left on a table and a tin of dog food she stole from our poodle since yesterday.
