I took my three westies to get groomed by Laurie\'s about 3 months ago. Not only did it take forever to get an appointment but when they came out it was like they had never been groomed. She also overcharged me by $20. The bill was supposed to be for $120 and her daughter ran the credit card for $140. As we were getting in the car, she came out and said she had overcharged us and would we like to give the $20 to her in a tip.
