When I left this store I was very happy with my experience. The woman was very nice and helpful and in turn I spent a lot of money. The next day when I went back to return a collar that my dog had broken they were extremly rude and gave me a very hard time about returning an item my dog did not even wear for 24 hours. Infact they attempted to blame me for breaking the thing. I expected better from a local business. I should have gone to a big box store.
