If only there was a rating worse than Bad, because Bad does not even begin to describe this place. The owner is completely obnoxious and pushy, and the facilty is pratically falling apart. When I was there, no one was in the back with the dogs, the owner was on the computer and the staff were eating. The dogs were left to entertain themselves unsupervised. It is a dingy warehouse that reeks of dog feces and urine, and it is no surprise because there was no way for the dogs to get outside! The owner by herself is painful to deal with, but the service and the facility make this palce a definite NO!!!

I had my dog bathed there and he came out smelling worse than when he went in! Very dissapointed in the poor excuse for service and place itself needs lots of work. Bayside Bed and Biscuit is a much nicer place with much nicer people, and your dog will leave smelling like they actually bathed him. Two thumbs down, way down, for the mutt hutt!
