I gave one star only because zero was not allowed. We left our puppies here while on vacation. Received a call from our vet saying they had been brought in by a kid, no adult even present. They were very sick, malnourished, and covered in feces. We were told they may not survive. We made arrangements by phone to have them picked up and placed in the care of our vet until we returned. Took several phone calls to even be able to speak with someone at lucky dog. She finally told me they had been sick all along and had reached a critical stage and she didn't have time to contact me. However I had called every day and was told the pups were doing fine. No mention of sickness. The pups did survive but were on longterm antibiotics to clear up the many illnesses they acquired while staying here. We were told they became so hungry they most likely began eating their feces as their only source for food. Please don't trust your animals care here.

Lucky Dog...what an appropriate name! We felt so lucky to find this wonderful place, it took the wonder out of wonder what we're going to do with Rosco (our beautiful black lab) while touring Italy. Much to our suprise when we came back our lab had learned some new commands from the trainer. Rosco and I have started attending these classes regularly, and I have become so much more fond of my lovely dog!!!
